Your breath is your inner resource.
It brings you back to yourself – again and again.

Welcome to your journey inward

Our life begins with an inhale and ends with an exhale. In between lies our path – accompanied by the breath that carries us.

Breath happens all on its own. And yet, there is a profound power in guiding it consciously. When we breathe consciously and connected, a space opens – for clarity, feeling, and true connection.

Breath is the Medicine stands for this return to yourself.
Gentle. Authentic. Transformational.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful breathing practice in which you breathe in a connected, continuous flow – without pauses between inhalation and exhalation.

This circular breath changes the biochemistry of the body. Your mind becomes quieter, and you gain deeper access to your emotions. Many people experience these breath journeys as a homecoming to themselves.

I offer individual sessions and group sessions. In a group, a sense of community emerges – in individual sessions, I can attend to your unique process.

Possible effects:

  • Release of inner tension
  • Access to suppressed emotions
  • Regulation of the nervous system
  • A deeper sense of self
  • New clarity

The science behind Conscious Connected Breathing:

Regulation of the nervous system:

This technique influences the autonomic nervous system, helps dissolve stress patterns, and brings body and psyche back into balance – often followed by deep relaxation.

Access to stored emotions:

Conscious connected breathing can release emotional blockages and body memories – without needing words.

Altered states of consciousness:

It can open inner spaces – similar to deep meditation or trance – allowing insight, healing, or spiritual experience.

Biochemical processes:

Shifts in oxygen and CO₂ levels can create tingling, trembling, waves of emotion, or energetic flow – physical signs of activation and release.

Psychological effects:

Studies show that conscious connected breathing can reduce anxiety and stress, support mindfulness, and strengthen emotional resilience.

„In loving relationship with my breath, I come home to myself and to all that is.“

About me

My path was never straight. It was shaped by change, new beginnings, and inner growth.

For a long time I lived in functioning mode.
Only through Kundalini Yoga did I consciously encounter my breath for the first time.

Later, during a session of Conscious Connected Breathwork, I felt as if I had come home. Deep. True. Whole.

Since then, this powerful practice has been my companion. It helps me give space to heavy emotions instead of avoiding them. It allows me to feel deeply, to release, and to accept what is.

Today, I share this path with others – mindfully, clearly, and with an open heart. Through this breath practice, I hold space for real transformation.
